The two bedroom apartment offers the very best in flexible living with open plan kitchen and living area with a balcony to the lounge, two spacious bedrooms with an en-suite to the master, and a family bathroom. ‘From looking at other new builds around the area it was very clear that the standard of finish was of a high standard and storage within the property was fantastic. There had been no space wasted and all rooms feel so spacious and light because of the square shape and plenty of windows. Having our own front door and only being in a flat block of four properties is also a wow-factor and not something we thought we would get first time. As well as a communal garden area we also have a balcony and a patio, which is unique for a lot of flats’.
The availability of the governments Help to Buy scheme means that a two bedroom apartment could be secured with as little as a 5% deposit of £15,000 (based on sale price of £299,995).

When asked if they would recommend Help to Buy and Lea Valley Homes, they said ‘most definitely. The Help to Buy scheme is in place to help first time buyers get on the property ladder so they want to turn around each application quickly and efficiently in order to get the ball rolling and we found the process to be straightforward. Overall we are so happy we purchased through Lea Valley Homes and did not expect such a fantastic level of customer service throughout the journey. All sales reps were extremely friendly and contactable and we really enjoyed coming to see the property more so because of them. We would recommend Lea valley Homes to anyone.
