The site is located at the top of Muswell Hill, approximately 5 minutes walk from the centre. The location affords  panoramic views across London. There are 3 bus stops with 100 meters with buses towards Turnpike Lane where there is the tube station on the Piccadilly Line.

The closest tube stations are Highgate and East Finchley which are on the Northern Line. Bounds Green, Finsbury Park and Wood Green are on the Piccadilly Line. All are commutable to central London.

Trains: Overground services from Alexandra Palace or Hornsey stations take 20 minutes to Moorgate.

Buses: Muswell Hill has good bus connections, with direct routes both to the City and the West End. Buses such as the W7 (to Finsbury Park) connect to the nearby underground stations, while the 43 runs to London Bridge and the 134 has a 24 hour service to Tottenham Court Road. 

By Air: Both Heathrow and Gatwick airport are within striking distance of Muswell Hill, with access to 100s of international destinations. Both are easily accessible with Heathrow airport just over half an hours drive away, and Gatwick airport just over an hours drive away. Alternative, the Piccadilly Line connects to all Heathrow terminals or the Heathrow Express which is the quickest way to travel to the airport, takes just 15 minutes and runs from Paddington station to terminals 2-5.

Travelling to Gatwick is also simple with the Gatwick Express taking just 30 minutes from London Victoria.
